A message handler throws an exception. With peek-lock, what happens next?
- A The message is deleted
- B The lock expires or is abandoned, the message is redelivered, and after maxDeliveryCount it is dead-lettered (correct answer)
- C The queue is disabled
- D The message moves to a retry queue you must create
Shortcut: Peek-lock keeps the message invisible until completed. On failure the lock lapses and delivery is retried; once DeliveryCount exceeds MaxDeliveryCount the broker moves it to the dead-letter sub-queue.
